If you need to get rid of unwanted household rubbish, the best option depends on what it is, its condition, how much you have and whether you can transport it yourself. Jenny Parmar7 April 2026I needed a man with a van to clear out the extended garage, outhouse as well as a few bits from the front and back garden. As the stuff that needed to be cleared out was quite heavy. I called their office and spoke to a lovely lady “Jodie” who took my details and booked me in for a quote for the next day in the morning. “Rhys” and “Stephen” – van 3; gave me a courtesy call to advise me they were on their way and this was early morning, they came and quoted. Agreed on the price and they said they would be back later this morning. As they are currently just going to their first customer of the day. I told them that today was my day off and I wasn’t expecting them to give me a time slot for today itself and that exceeded my expectations. Another courtesy call to say they are on their way. The two gentlemen cleared out the 4 areas that I said needed to be done. They were so careful, patient, understanding and very quick. The team who came out were excellent — very polite, helpful, honest, and they worked hard to get everything cleared just as quoted. They left the site clean and tidy, and I really can’t fault the quality of the rubbish removal itself. There was a mix‑up with the office on the booking dates. I was told they’d be out the next day, but the team actually arrived two days later. Even with that hiccup, the on‑site crew did an outstanding job once they arrived, and the overall service from them was spot on.
